Restoring Files (Managed)

Backing up is all very well, but you want to know is "how quickly can I get my files back?" The answer depends on the amount of files, emails and data you have, but we'll be working with you to speed the process up.

A typical restore will involve the following steps:

• you contact us to tell us you need to initiate a restore
• we dial into your computer
• you tell us which files you want to recover
• we start the restore process
• once complete, all the files are back on your computer

We can also restore your files to a different computer, for example, a replacement laptop if yours is stolen.
