What to Backup
Before we setup your backup, the only thing you need to know is what you want to backup. Just let us know and we'll do the rest.
Installation
Included in the price of our managed package is the installation and setup on one computer. This will be done remotely by a trained specialist.
The First Backup
The first backup will be the biggest one. During your first backup, all of your files & emails will be backed up from your computer to the backup servers. All of the data is encrypted before it leaves your computer.
Subsequent Backups
After the first backup, the daily backup takes just a few minutes. You'll be able to monitor the success of the backups from your computer.

Our unmanaged backup servers are based in the US. If you required your files to stay in the UK, please read about our managed backup service.
